They gave my account a permanent ban today as a code 045 but I did nothing wrong and have no clue why they banned me.
Has this happened to you as well?
I emailed support but have gotten no response.
help me please. I did really like the game and farmed enough to get 2 sets of FoW i have invested over 2000 hours of gameplay over the last 16 months and this is really pissing me off.

Just some heads up on how the road goes to getting yourself unbanned.This all is considering you were just mistakenly banned.
You mail ( or open a ticket i think) them.
You get a Auto Reply,
You mail them again, and probably will have to do this one more time.
When you get the attention of a human , then you start doing what they tell you.
If your lucky after sending emails to each other about 5 times you will get unbanned.

Banning the account is a bit strange under the Anet terms.
I've seen in another subject (which has been closed), that one of the conditions is - if You play 168h weekly (or similar) - meaning, You play all the time. Question is, that if we assume I got perfect, neverending internet link and due to reason I hate pressing log off (I am a paranoid if we assume) - I'm present in the game all the time. Does it mean I use a bot? Stupid as Bangladesh U-boot.
Another issue is, that I am definitely OPPOSITE bots. I do not sign selling GW gold for real world money. But for sake - if I decide to give someone 100k or a perfect weapon (there is no such a text in EULA that I cannot play on 2 accounts!!!) -> let's assume, I transfer the weapons from one account into another - DOES NOT MAKE ME A CRIMINAL breaking EULA. Crazy!
And the last one - in my mind, there should be at first sort of warning sent. Even twice! (as some mail servers may freeze the message as spam or similar). And not, instead, ban without warning.
Anet - I love the game, but do not become polish government...
