With the new armor update, is it still possible to destroy your armor salvaging runes or insignias from it? I don't want to ruin good armor to get a few runes or insignias from it.
Yes - I think it's supposed to be 50/50, but they destroy most of the time for me. I salvaged 5 radiants from a redundant set of ranger armour and only saved one armour piece.
Unless you are trying to salvage a Superior Vigor, it isnt worth it. Cheaper to just buy the rune. Unless it isnt 15k armor, or you dont want the armor anymore.
That is really sad. I don't understand why they have it that way, but thanks for the reply, at least I did not destroy a 15K armor peice.
