It's merch food, it's not max damage mate. (6-18)

I think he typed it wrong and means 6-28. Still I would sell it to the merchant because:
-of it's high requirements;
-deep wound +33% isn't worth anything;
-there's no (good) perfect mod on it, combined with high req is worth noting

Hope I didn't discouraged you with this.. you'll get better weapons if you continue farming...
