A spell shifter can transform things from one thing to another temporarily.
This is similiar to the Mesmer's illusions, but acts differently. Shifts are not immediate but transfer slowly. Spell Shifters have no signets.
Shifter-Only-Attribute: Quick Shift
The higher your Quick Shift ranking is the faster the shifting of shapes occurs. This does not increase the speed it takes to cast the spell, but rather after the spell is cast the shifted item switches more quickly. (0 Skills in attribute)
Attribute: Shift Trading
All skills in this category involve trading health, energy, adrenaline, etc with allies or enemies.
Skill Example:
Health Shift - 15 Energy - 2 Second Cast - 25 Second Recharge - Shift Time 3 Seconds. {E}
For 3...12 Seconds, your health is switched with that of target enemy. If, during this time, your health drops to 0, your enemies health remains that of yours (whatever happened during the switch stays that way). -Switch healths, and sacrifice? Switch health and then let enemy heal the foe?
Attribute: Transmogrification:
All skills in this category involve changing something to something new, such as an axe to a bow or reverse.
Skill Example:
Chaos Shift - 10 Energy - 2 Second Cast - 30 Second Recharge - Shift Time 2 Seconds. {E}
For 2...7 Seconds, target allies weapon gains a ranged attack, dealing the same amount of damage as the original weapon would, and all skills are still usable with similiar effects. -Might be good for a warrior to kill a running foe.
Attribute: Telefy
All skills in this category involve you, a foe, or an ally, changing location. These skills also involve sacrifices so as not to overpower foes.
Skill Example:
Chaser - 10 Energy - 1/2 Second Cast - 15 Second Recharge - Shift Time 1 Second. NOT ELITE!
Sacrifice 200...50 Health. You are moved to target enemies location. -Probably better for a PVP warrior.
Attribute: Status Shift
These skills involve your enemies switching targets around. If they are targeting an ally to heal, they may switch to another ally with full health. If they are targeting an enemy to attack or use a skill on, they might switch to an enemy who won't be killed right away. Shift times on Status Shift skills are virtually nonexistant.
Example Skill:
Enchantment Shift - 10 Energy - 1/4 Second Cast - 20 Second Recharge - Shift Time 1/4 Second.
If target foe was using an enchantment on an ally, that enchantment is instead placed on the enemy with the highest current health.

Anybody think this might be interesting?

You put alot of work into it and all, and i like the idea of it. The thing is, like anet cares... When ever we posted something to change or do for anet, they never did .
actionjack
Intersting, and it is lot better now that you put spaces and bold formating on it. Lot easier on the eyes...)
I like the seperation of the attributes and the class name. They all fit nicely into one package. skill wise... well... it does seem a bit like my spell binder concept class? Atleast someone agree with me on that there could be a role for a equializer type of class. Of couse, also need a Tele class. Overall, not bad, and flow well nicely together, but maybe more detail, and maybe add some more unique playing mecheism to them.
To xxrepeer008: Well, I would disagree so. Often people who wrote big long concept and post on the forum does not care too much about A.net (althought it would be nice if they sees it), else they would not posted on the fourm, and just send to A.net. To me, atleast, it is the replies and the acknowledgement from fellow forum peers that is more important. So try to encourage the poster, say something constructive, and not disheart thier hard work.
