I want to know how the req effects the price of a Stormbow.

How much would a perfect Sundering Strombow of Fortitude cost with req 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

I want to know this because I'm thinking of buying one and since I dont really care about reqs I just want to get a cheap one, rather than an expensive one with a low req.
