Edit:Also how much a 20% longer enchants mod be worth? The mod thread doesn't have a value for 20%(atleast not that i see)

20% longer for axe is worth about 5K, id salvage it the axe is pretty much worthless.

Salvage yes, common skin & flawed dmg mod.
