Hey group,
I've always had a hard time getting off the Ranger/ele combo. Since the buff to the conjure spells, I might be here for awhile.
Below is the base for the setup I've been running for a little while now. Now, this is not the uber shut-down build, nor a condition spreader, but as far as a lazy mans build- it's a pretty much set it and forget build- which suits me well
Not too much to do; set glyph and conjure and IAS, fire away. Good for Barrager's too.
What I found, was using the glyph extends the damage for the full timer on the Conjure. Nice. Added to this the IAS skills, and you can push out a nice bit of hurt. It's a nice line *without* including your elite of choice!
This has probably been introduced before, but I haven't seen it. And, considering the recent buff to conjures, I thought someone might get some mileage outta this.

Conjure/Barrage is a staple, as is Conjure IAS. Glyph however is a waste as it only adds 2 damage per arrow, you'd be better off with Favorable Winds, a preparation, pretty much anything; you'd have to be hurting pretty hard for damage to want to use a skill slot to add two damage, heck, you can use Conflagration instead of a fiery string and add 5 life steal with a vamp string - it's easy to beat 2 damage per shot.

Yea, 2 is a poor number ( I think I was getting 4 at the Kamadan training grounds-dunno), however, it does last the entirie of Conjure- for a mere 5 energy. That's not as bad as you make it out to be, especially in an IAS build.
Granted, it's not as good as other builds, but if you number it out, it's not that bad either if you consider time and energy. The preps take time to set and won't work with barrage, the spirits require location and can be killed, glyph/conjure just follows me around for a full 60 seconds.
It just adds a little more and allows me to spend energy on the IAS side of things.
