Critical Strikes: 10 (9+1)
Dagger Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Deadly Arts: 10 (9+1)
Domination Magic: 3
- Way of the Empty Palm [Elite] (Deadly Arts)
- Expose Defenses (Deadly Arts)
- Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts)
- Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
- Repeating Strike (Dagger Mastery)
- Disrupting Dagger (Deadly Arts)
- Hex Breaker (Domination Magic)
- Resurrection Signet ()
The biggest hurdle is Empathy/Spiteful spirit, so Hex Breaker is maintained in those situations. A second hurdle is blindness. Cripple is not so much a problem since siphon speed takes care of the difference in speed.

Critical Strikes: 10 (9+1)
Dagger Mastery: 16 (12+4)
Deadly Arts: 10 (9+1)
Protection Prayers: 3
- Way of the Empty Palm [Elite] (Deadly Arts)
- Expose Defenses (Deadly Arts)
- Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts)
- Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
- Repeating Strike (Dagger Mastery)
- Holy Veil (Monk other)
- Mending Touch (Protection Prayers)
- Resurrection Signet ()
Holy Veil is used as a way to ensure hexes don't cast as fast on you (pre-veil) since you have little use for energy due to Way of the Empty Palm, the loss of one pip isn't a big deal. Mending Touch is for blind.
================================================== ========
I know the idea is not very original, but I haven't seen the build idea being used. Perhaps there is a survivability issue at hand here.

Wotp is barely worth it, as is repeating strike, if you can take moebius-Death Blosom>.>

Yeh I thought so... since repeating strike seems nice on paper but the only way to use it without fubaring your energy is with Way of the empty palm.
With deadly arts investment, there is also little to put into defense and healing also...
Another problem is enchantment stripping, since you cannot really cover it.
Thanks for the feedback.

in my opinion
Repeating Strike should be used as more of a opener
Start with your lead-offhand or offhand
and then into repeating strike, but not to kill -_- its more of just to slowly dwindle some life until you start your dual attack.
Something like
BLS Repeatingx3 hoto Falling spider twisting fangs.

I was trying it out last night and I found that you could use way of the assasin + critical eyes to keep your energy up while spamming repeating strikes for a while... not as well as way of the empty palm of course, but this also adds quite a bit to damage... couldn't really figure out a build however
ArKaiN
maybe a R/A with high expertise could spam repeating for a while?

Hey ensoriki. be nice! some people haven't been around for a year. I've only been on here for bout idk 7 months? i'll have to check later. Ranger with repeating strike = bad. almost everyone carries something to counter melee. In PvE it doesnt work so well either cause it just doesnt put out enough dmg to really do enough to do more than a normal heal like RoF or even orison of healing.

Assassin/Mesmer
Level: 20
Critical Strikes: 10 (9+1)

Domination Magic: 3
- Way of the Empty Palm [Elite] (Deadly Arts)

- Dancing Daggers (Deadly Arts)
- Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
- Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
- Hex Breaker (Domination Magic)
- Resurrection Signet ()
Alternative configuration
- Way of the Empty Palm [Elite] (Deadly Arts)
- Expose Defenses (Deadly Arts)
- Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts)
- Black Spider Strike (Dagger Mastery)
- Horns of the Ox (Dagger Mastery)
- Impale (Deadly Arts)
- Hex Breaker (Domination Magic)
- Resurrection Signet ()
You have plenty of energy I'd say so why not change your build up and get some more damage out there. Dancing daggers easily puts more damage han repeating strike. I'd invest more into deadly arts if you use dancing daggers. Horns of the ox in the second build can be an interrupt if you time it right and it gets you to impale. Over all any variation of your build won't really kill someone if they get a good heal but it will put some pressure on them.
Repeating strike requires you to stay in the fray for some very minor damage. Dancing daggers let's you put out a bit more damage and always hits and you can run away easier if needed. Survivability is a problem in both builds and Spiteful Spirit is a problem with almost any build. That's all for now folks ( always wanted to say that )

Everyone carries melee counters? So what? Are you saying Tiger Stance sins are not viable? or any warrior build? Everyone carries interrupts too, are all spells over 1 second cast inviable as well?
Btw, that WotEP build looks like a weak version of the Deadly Arts spiker build on the other thread.

Did I say everyone carries melee counters? Yeah geuss I did. I meant to say that MOST people carry melee counters. Here's the laydown for what I usually see:
Elementalist- blind of course. Also blurred vision is normal in GvG also wards
Warrior- any evade or block stances. Also riposte ( that's a block of course but not a stance )
Assassin- not often but blinding powder. Critical defences. Ever famous flashing blades
Mesmer- empathy and whatever else we all know they have
Necromancer-price of failure and can't remember the name but it makes you attack faster with higher chance to miss
Ritualist- blind. Weapon of warding.
Ranger- throw dirt. Most stances. Cripple and run so they can't get to you
Paragon- not to many of them but they do have some chants and shouts for blocking
Dervish- Ebon Dust Aura. Mirage cloak works nice. Armor of sanctity, aura of thorns, and conviction combo to get near no damage from a lot of damage sources.
Well that's what I usually see in PvP anyways. Maybe its just me and you get lucky and dont see them. Who knows. Also 2 second spells are usually worth the chance of being interrupted. Mostly rangers are the interrupters anyways. That's 1 class and on average 1 ranger on a team sometimes 2 against oh I don't know over 4 casters? So the odds of you getting a 2 second spell off are very high and they are not useless. Finally there are skills of course that stop interrupts or negate the effects of interrupts. So interrupts are not as bad as melee counters that can also stop rangers, and paragons as well as melee classes. Well I'm done with this arguement as we can go on forever saying things like " wildblow to remove stances. Mending touch for blind. Expose defences to get past stances and wards. Enchant removal for critical defences and other enchantment blocks. Any skill that doesn't allow u to be blocked " and the list goes on. So I'm done with this arguement. Sorry for getting off topic everyone.
Now then back on subject.
Honestly WoTEP looks to me like a waste of an elite. Used in combo with black lotus you can get some serious energy gain back but over all the skill just isn't worth it. A Moebious + critical strike is better energy management and you can keep something like critical defences up. If you want a deadly arts elite I'd recommend using something else. Sorry to you lifeinfusion but I can't really help on this build since I've never used the skill. Maybe a cross between a Shadow prison build and this if you sacrifice healing ability. Someting like:
WoTEP
BSS
TF
Black lotus strike/golden phoenix strike
Blades of Steel
Siphon speed/dark prison
Expose defences/dark prison
Res
Cross between the 2 builds I think. Sorry but that's the best I can do since I never use WoTEP. I know it's like copying the BoA sin but you must admit that the BSS->Tf->Black lotus->blades of steel combo is one of the strongest assassin combos.
P.S. - golden phoenix strike is allowed to be in there cause WoTEP is an enchant and in case of hex removal. Up to you if you want black lotus or not. I think they do the same dmg with different recharge times.

Thanks. That was the skill I thought of I just didn't remember the name. I don't play necro or mesmer. Only 2 classes I was never any good at. I've seen Me/N playing a melee shut down using that skill. If I remember right it was Spiteful spirit, reckless haste, empathy, price of failure. N/Me played it pretty good to. Either way its a near perfect shutdown without hex removal. Off topic again. Well thanks anyways.

here's a list of things you'll see in one match out of 40 in RA:
Warrior- any evade or block stances. Also riposte ( that's a block of course but not a stance )
Assassin- not often but blinding powder. Critical defences. Ever famous flashing blades
Btw, 95% of the builds in here loses to blind. Are you saying stop playing sins?
