I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for but you seem to really want this skin. I have one that is -2 while enchanted and +41 hp while enchanted. I don't remember the req, it's low but I don't know str or tac, I can check tonight. I have had it for a very long time, dyed it silver, and used it extensively. I don't know much about values, and since this isn't exactly what you want, I doubt you're willing to offer much for it. If you're interested holler at me in game.
