Req 11 15^50 chaos axe

I have no real idea on gold pcs and my guildies have differing opinions on its value:
Chaos Axe

15^50

Clean, have 20/20 and +30hp mods available as for some reason seems to be peoples idea of perfect but don't think they would be worth adding.
Any help greatly appreciated.

40k-50k~ or so, yeah not worth adding mods.
