Inscrib vs Non-Inscrib

This may or may not be the right forum, but here goes.

Suppose I do a Deep run, and I get a req9 15^50 Sword from a chest. It is of course non-inscribable. Suppose then I kill big K and get the exact same sword from the chest. This sword is of course inscribable.

Which one is worth more? The ins one would have more utility as the inscription could be changed, but the non-ins one would be rarer as the inscription is perfect and hard-set into the weapon.

non insc worth more as it is harder to find non insc perfects and 15^50 is most wanted conditional mod where as if you have insc you can change the mods on it to anything you want which is sorta good but most people will pay more for non insc weapons
so. non insc(perfect mods 15^50 +5e ect)>insc
