Zodiac Scepters linked only to primary attributes?

Hey all,

Since the update of May 24th I have been down in the Deep or Urgoz all my free time and yet to see any kind of inscribable wand from the final chests that DOES NOT have a non primary attribute requirement.
Have chatted to lots of people, a very few have said they have seen someone get a non primary attribute wand but cannot confirm it. The reason for me looking into this is that most caster classes have a great deal of their more popular spells in non primary attributes. SO the inscriptions that would go on these wands would not link in greatly with the more widely used spell attributes used.

So my question to the community is have any of you seen non primary attribute wands from these chests drop?

every new inscribable zodiac scepter I have seen so far was linked to primary attribute
