20/20 won't boost up the price like that, I'd first salvage the 20/20 from it. Sword itself doesn't have much demand and seen req9 go for as low as 5k, usually 10k-15k~.
Maybe 20k if you find someone looking for the skin, req AND hilt but that will be a tough find. There won't be many willing to add a 25-30k mod to a 5-10k item.
