Leadership Shields for Paragons!

Honestly why not? Currently the Paragon is the only class with offhand Items that has no offhand for its primary attribute why is this? Seems to me a Paragon with 16 Leadership and 13 Spear Mastery would excel in many PvE and PvP areas. Thus helping to end many " I hate Paragon" threads.

Please sign if you think Paragons should have Leadership Shields.
