Newb needs some help...

Hi All,

I have been away from GW for a long time and I see a lot has changed. I could use some guidance on a good beginner build for a role play type character with good long term PVP characterisitics. I have a lvl 20 W/Mo, which is kind of old school now. I'd like to try a Necro build of some kind. Any ideas?
