The only possibility is if he has acquired your password (probably via a keylogger). Change your password and you should be fine.
Though I'd also report him, on the off chance it will get him banned. Though I doubt it would get him banned, and your not likely to know either way.

Keyloggers read every key you press, so the hacker can see what you're typing as password.
You can only get a keylogger on your PC by installing a program you downloaded from internet or maybe from a CD-ROM that guy's given you. Just don't take anything from him and don't download weird/illegal stuff and you'll be fine. Also don't use easy-to-guess passwords.=P

To access your account he need to have both your log in username (which he might have as it is one of your e-mail addresses) and your password.
Make sure that your password is a good one - i.e. not your pet's name, "password", the football team you support, or anything else that is easy to guess about you.
Also make sure that you have up to date antivirus and anti-spyware installed. As others have said, a keylogger could capture your password, but if he was taking it as far as using a keylogger then this would (in the UK at least, and probably elsewhere too) be a criminal offence.

I would just make sure you have a good firewall, don't open any e-mail attachments or download suspicious files, turn off remote assistance (also make sure you're blocking TCP ports 5900 and 3389), create a password for your log in account in windows and set your files to private, and that should get you started on protecting yourself. If he/she is a friend and knows information about your router or network, then you could have problems, change the password on your router to something strong (like 12 or 13 alphanumeric characters). Also, if set up properly, programs such as zone alarm are beneficial. Scan for keyloggers and other malware with spybot and adaware periodically.
I doubt it was a serious threat, but might as well lock down some common methods of attacks even if they're not from him/her.

Yea, not likely. The most he'd be able to do is maybe flood you, but if you're behind a router and don't have any ports exposed, I wouldn't worry about it.
