PC on a neat Earth Staff

I'm terrible at pricing staves, so I need a bit of help on this one. Check the pic for skin, its not the usual one I don't think.

Adept Earth Staff of Shelter
Energy +10
11-22, req 9 Earth Magic
Halves skill recharge of [all] spells (20%)
Halves casting time of Earth spells (20%) [prefix mod]
Inscription: +5 Energy while Enchanted
Armor +7 vs. Physical [suffix mod]

I don't know what the "Orrish" skin is, but you might want to try to find out. That skin is said to be worth a LOT.

Except possibly for the skin, it has no great value.

20k or so......... not orrish but it still has some value
