Sunspear Points ??

Ok I spend the last hour looking through forums to find an answer to this and without luck.
Is there anywhere else I can get some more Sunspear points? I made it to lvl 8 and now when ever I talk to one of those Wandering Priests they aren't giving me a bounty.
I'm up in Rilohn Refuge now and I know that after this the LB points start pretty much.
Did I miss a spot where I still can get points or is it really so difficult to get to lvl 10 that you have to scale every res shrine?
Any help/input is highly appreciated.

try hard mode. Or alternatively, look it up in guild wiki for answers...

Once you hit level 8 in normal mode, you can't get bounties anywhere. You'll have to switch to hard mode to get sunspear points now.

Basically, what they said. To get level 9 and 10, you have to beat the game with a character to unlock hard mode for your account. Then the bounty shrine people will talk to you again.

I have beaten the game with a nother char so I am able to do the HM.
And yes.. those stubborn people are willing to give me a bounty again
