PC on Two Gold Hammers

I was unsure on how to price these. I thought that these skins were rare, or at least in high demand, but wasn't able to find them in the baseline thread. As always, any help that you can provide is much appreciated.

1. Salvage for +30HP mod, req is high & dmg mod flawed
2. 4k-5k~ or so, somewhat wanted skin.
