I recently purchased "Guild Wars Game of the Year Edition". I saw it came with special weapons when you start a new character and thought it looked cool, but I was dissapointed when I didn't start with the weapons, does anyone know why it doesn't work or how I may get them? Please and thanks for your help.

you have to type in /bonus into the chat box while in an outpost. This applies to any bonus's you may have, including any you can get from preorder disks, etc.
