Report bots

Anet should set up a "report" system. They ban too many people that are not bots that they have an even bigger problem on their hands than to begin with. They should have a report icon in the menu so you can report bots, instead of them guessing wether it is a bot or not.

Won't it be the same for us, since we will be guessing whether they are bots too? And won't people abuse it, mass report on normal players.

wellf orm there on it is easy, we report and they monitor the character for a little bit. FFXI does the exact thing. Someoen reports botters or RMT and they check it out.

Precisely what i envision as a result of this were it to be implemented, frankly.

There is already a way to report botters by going to the NCSoft support site, linked to on the official GW page.

Same as bot abusing the game, people can also abuse your "report" button.

The reason it takes so long to report now is just like Muon said. If it was too easy to do, it would be abused. As it stands, I only take the time to report serious offenders. Thus as it should be. If the bots anger you enough to make a most in guru about it, start reporting them on the NC soft support site.
