can't get cap sig

have 4 elite skills and the skill people won't sell me a sig of capture, yes i have the points and money.Tried droks and lyons arch.

If you have a Prophecies character, and haven't yet done the quests offered by Magi Malaquire, then try to do them. They should reward you with at least two cap sigs, and after that you should be able to buy them from skill trainers as well.

You dont have to do the quests.

And uthred, Lions Arch has never sold cap sigs anyway. Try the Amnoon Oasis.

Try GH skill trainer. They have cap sigs. Or go to any end of game trainer (Ring of Fire, Maatu Keep, Torment gate)

Maatu Keep actually isn't the end game trainer in Cantha (according to GuildWiki anyway). It's the trainer found in Harvest Temple.

Actually, the trainer (Firstwatch Sergio, I think his name is), doesn't sell them, although Magi Malaquire does.

I know he gives 2 away in quests, but does he actualy sell them?
