Fourth of July event?

I agree i wish we could have events every other week (no sarcasm i do like events)

Putting all the lovely Jingoism aside for a moment, I hope ANet continues to put together large community events such as last year's Dragon Festival. With a new game on the horizon, I'd be surprised if they didn't use another in-game event to promote the "return to Tyria" and link Nightfall back to GW:EN.

Hell, if they labeled it the "Midsummer's Festival" or something ( Again, it's not summer everywhere, but Anet has snow on X-Mas, Hemispheres be damned), I'd be satisfied. Bottom line I guess is something is better than nothing...

I know, I love the events, especilly ones with lavish decorating. I was only saying the Fourth becuase it seemed to be the only day in the coming months, up until Halloween for that matter, that I knew of that might be a reason for any sort of event. (If anyone has other days that would be more internationally applicable and accpetable please say so...)

what about midsummer? thats a holiday in plenty of countries.

Pancakes are inferior to Waffles.

Waffles can hold the syrup in their holders of goodness, while those darn pancakes just let the syrup drip onto your plate.
