You better contact the anet support, and have all your details ready. Cd keys (access code) etc. If you're lucky they will close 1 of your account and give you a new access key for to add to your current account. If you're unlucky then you'll stuck with 2 accounts. Send them an email and see what happen, what you've got to lose, right?
This is one of those times when failing to read can cause a large problem. If memory serves, you are asked more than once if you want to merge or create a separate account. Blindly clicking through the menu is a very bad idea.
The same principle applies to people who jumped around among servers then got upset when they were stuck in Europe or wherever. There's an explicit message there for a reason.
