If it's not inscribable then it's far from "perfect" without a 2nd mod. Might pull a couple k but frankly I'd merchant, not worth the time and effort to sell. If it is inscribable, is it gold? If so then it's the 1st inscribable gold r8 zod shield I've heard of.
