So lately I've been reading qq forums on monk interface ect, and I figured that I needed to learn click kiting. (rawr WASD)

Some people on there mentioned binding skills (like Return, Infuse) to their mice, since your hand's going to be on there already and all.

Question: How do you bind things to certain mouse buttons and/or the click wheel?

Oh, and I use a standard mouse from Dell, just the Left, Right, and Wheel. :P

About two years ago I used a lil java app to bind my right mouse button and scroll-click to certain Fkeys. I'm sure you can find similar and better programs online now though.

Is that against the tos/user agreement? :P

Not that I've actually read through them...

i don't think its much different than binding you keyboard hotkeys to do certain things for example ; select nearest object...

now if you wanted to bind your right mouse button to do 2 or more things then it would violate the EULA imo so if u wanted r-click to cast protective spirit and Word of Healing at the same time then i think thats wrong....but if u just wanted it to cast one or the other i think thats fine. although i am not an expert so don't take what i said to the bank.

Not sure how useful this would be for you if you only have the 2 mouse buttons and the mouse wheel.

I have a mouse that 2 wheels, 2 buttons by my thumb, one behind the normal mouse wheel, the normal mouse wheel also can do the side to side movement, and has the 2 normal mouse buttons. It comes with a program (logitech mouseware) that allows me to bind keyboard buttons to each of these actions. For example, I have one button keybound to F9 to bring up my show all inventory window. I have others that will scroll up and down the list of my party members (I set one button to the period, another to the comma and then told Guild Wars to assign the target previous/next party member commands to those keyboard actions).

I hesitate to keybind important features because I play on 2 different computers and only use the button laden mouse on one of them. If that's not a problem for you then go crazy.

If you got the money for it, buy a gaming mouse, they come with multiple buttons and programs to bind keyboard buttons to those. There a re a few good brands like logitec. Just be prepared to spend a lot for a mouse.

I have a 5 button mouse, i and i binded the ctrl button function to one of my extra buttons using the options menu. Im pretty sure you can bind sertain numbers, corresponding to skills, to it.
