So, my elementalist is about to turn 2 years old (hooray!) and I decided to clean the dust off her and try out some RA. But air spiking felt, really out of flavor. Mostly because other classes can do it better and have better survival.
So! I updated my build, and I just got my glad point with it:
Mind Shock
Shock Arrow
Lightning Orb
Augery of Death
Enervating Charge
Air Attunement
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Res Sig
16 Air.10 Ene.8 Deathly A
So... again, just like with all other caster classes I'm abusing the ranged deep wound of "Augery of Death", and as expected it's extremely deadly on an elementalist.
Mond Shock and LOrb have about the same damage, doing 140ish on 60AL targets. Shock Arrow is good for extra DPS because of casting and recharge times. Enervating Charge is good to put on warriors rangers and assassins to lessen the pressure a little bit.
