looking for clarification:
tormented does not exist in *non*-max damage or req13, this leads me to wonder if you actually want max 14-27damage? or less? I'll delete post once clarified. My actual guess what you mean is: damage/req irrelevant, like those skins, must be inscribable, 2k max. If this is the case I have a max suntouched gold spear (inscr) you can have for 1k or I can give you free whatever drops tonight.
