Now that I've begun to collect greens after having accidentally captured Melandru's Grip, I began to look up what other greenies are available for these classes, and whether or not they had skills that allowed them to cause poisoning. I was surprised at how few Poisoning skills there are! Even for the Assassin, which (I would think), next to the Necromancer, should have tons of Condition causing skills - bleeding, crippling, daze, and poisoning. And the Paragon and Dervish possessed no skills that cause poisoning.
Why make green special weapons that really have little or no application?
I have a N/P who might be able to utilize the (at this point) blue spear I found that had a poison spear head. And my Melandru's grip was going to go to my Assassin in Factions that I am grooming to become an A/D. But again, I am disappointed at the lack of skills that cause poisoning that would make holding such an item worthwhile.
Are these greens really just for the collectable aspect? To sell off to others who simply want to hold them becuase they are "rare"?

I'm still waiting on the Furious Bow String. Scythe and Daggers get 1 for some stupid reason. AT least it would have a use

You can poison using your secondary. But, you are correct, no one wants those mods.

People use poisonous axe hafts with cyclone axe to spread poison...why not dervishes?

There are plenty of mods that have no use, but you never know, there may be some uber skill balance update someday that makes a dervish running Apply Poison, Viper's Defense, or something like that part of the new meta, lol.
