Not Enough Energy for Apply Poison

This is the first time I've run into this...my warrior has 20 energy usually. Apply Poison requires 15 from what I can tell...but I get the message of "Not Enough Engergy"? I haven't run into this before...where did I go wrong?

No...should it be? Haven't played with a ranger skill set before so I thought I was missing something obvious.

Now I know I must have missed something....it works fine everywhere except for the Domain of Secrets?

maybe one of the foes had it? since spirit effect everybody within range

Quickening zephyr would make the skill cost more energy. It sounds like your in an area where something is making skills cost more energy then you have.

would this be your problem?

Yeah that was the problem....didn't pay attention to my surroundings...sorry for the stupid question. Thanks for the replies.

But if you really want to run it, bring a focus swap to precast it.
