I'm posting an idea from my Google Group.
The idea is to have the bow as a one handed weapon, but can only wield a glove on the other, no shield.
The glove... will have something....
Maybe +5 energy, and 10 armor.
Something like that, it wasn't too specific.
But the glove can only be wield by the rangers because the glove because it needs a bow counterpart.
....that was the idea....

If you notice the title... it says blove, sorry about that, it's suppose to be glove.

it would need to be a shooting glove, with a GOOD bonus, especialy an energy boost. my lvl20 interupt ranger has only 35 energy and anything that would give a boost would be welcomed.

interesting idea, if it had been suggested before factions i would agree as at that time rangers were the only class without any kind of offhand, but now with assassins and Dervish not having them i'm not sure,

I dont see the point. Just give the rangers a beast master and/or trapper staff.

this is kind of a lame idea for a few reasons.
Firstly you need 2 hands to shoot an arrow from a bow.
Secondly, you alreadly have gloves as part of your armor
Thirdly, no equipable item in the game is limited for only one class. Allowing one special items just for rangers will then make every other class want one too.
How does this make any sense? Any character class in the game can wield a bow.
