Hopefully this is the right place to ask a question about GW:EN.....First will this game be linked with Prophecies etc? Second what will the PvP be like? I have also heard it is not considered an expansion if so what is it considered?

First of all, it's the ONLY expansion to Guild Wars. The other three chapters are stand-alone games. GW:EN requires you to have at least one.
Yes, it is linked to prophecies, and nightfall and factions.
The PvP should not be any different than it currently is. New skills, sure, and that means new balances.
(although, you give me the impression you are perhaps asking about GW2 and not GW:EN)

No i am talking about GW:EN but i mean will they balance the new classes for regular pvp? i mean a giant charr dude fighting a little monk doesnt seem to fair to me.......ooohhh and those Norms are sweet

You are speaking about a hybrid for sure then. GWEN has no new playable races.

So you are talking about GW2 after all
New playable races (not classes) Charr, Norn, Asura, Sylvari will be available in GW2 not in GW:EN. GW:EN is coming out in Q3 this year and will only introduce some of these races... you will meet them through story, but you won't be able to play them.

Njaiguni, that's assuming of course that each profession gets the same amount of skills. This could be a time for ANet to even up the skill counts, since Core professions have ~130 skills, Factions professions have 100 and Nightfall have 75.

Well, it was a rough estimate, but you get what my point is. There will be no major balance because of the skills added in GW:EN.
