So I wanted to do something different, or different for me at least. I have something of fascination for the strategies used by the germans during the second world war. What they fought for was wrong, of course, but the tactics interest me.
So I wanted to make something reminiscent of that. A Blitz Panzer. Basically a durable, swift killing character with superb mobility. Strictly PvE.
I picked W/A, altough W/R could work as well. What I need now from you all is some help in pinning down the specifics. Attributes, skills, and some equipment.
This is what I whipped up in GWFreaks; [skill]Standing Slash[/skill][skill]Sun And Moon Slash[/skill][skill]Savage Slash[/skill][skill]Death's Charge[/skill][skill]Death's Retreat[/skill][skill]Tiger Stance[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill][skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill]
Not so great obviously, but a start. Issues:
a) For Great Justice or To The Limit?
b) Need to balance number of adrenaline skills (which take time to charge) and energy availability.
Blitz Panzer
Tric
Batou of Nine
Not bad but could be better...
(1) You have no elite!
(2) Your overall DPS is negligable and are your mobility/utility skill choices can be a bit less to help boost ur dmg power.
That said i would drop at least one of your Adrenaline Gain skills (Tiger's or FGJ), maybe a hard heal rather then Retreat/Charge... I would at least change attack chain.
Here is what i would rework your bar into::
[skill]Crippling Slash[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]Sun and Moon Slash[/skill][skill]Savage Slash[/skill][skill]Death's Charge[/skill][skill]Tiger Stance[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill] -OPTIONAL SLOT-
Optional could be anything from a Rez skill, to another attack skill, or even more utility (maybe put back in Deaths Retreat if wanted, etc). So overall your dps should be slightly better along with the snare, deep wound and IAS you can spike a bit better and if u use Flail you already have a cancel stance (sprint). This setup should bring your spike ability and overal dps a bit higher...
In the end, you would really have to decide whether all those energy usage skills are necessary, meaning you should use a zealous sword rather then Furious for your attacks. If you decide you can do without some energy skills and a bit less mobility, i would actually choose the following bar instead:
[skill]Crippling Slash[/skill][skill]Gash[/skill][skill]Sun and Moon Slash[/skill][skill]Galrath Slash[/skill][skill]Death's Retreat[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Dash[/skill] -OPTIONAL SLOT-
In this bar the optional slot could be an interrupt, another heal source, rez, etc. I personally would go with either a stance or heal depending on the area i was in, self healing in PvE is sometimes not too necessary if your monks can handle it, provided of course that you have good armor, and maybe at least one defensive/utility skill (aka defensive stances, run skills, dmg negation, etc). Flail is easily cancelled with Dash, and Flail is easy to keep up constantly, especially if you had already crippled ur target. Dash to charge into a fight, Death's Retreat to get out in a pinch. I chose that instead of vice versa with Death's Charge, because of the recharge times (Charge = 45 sec; Retreat = 20 sec) making Retreat more usable more often.
Its a fun build, i use lots of different variations of this for basic PvP. And lastly, if you fell like just do a good average DPS, rather then a conditions/spike; you could try a good ol' basic Dragon Slash build. Good constant adrenaline gain, creates a good dps rate. You can find this kinda build all over the place here in GwG, on Gwiki, etc. GL! and HF!
Hope that helps a bit.
Just some ideas for ya!
Cheers.

It's a nice idea, but not very practical. You are better off just running a "standard" warrior with "normal" skills. Honestly, if you want to get the killtrain going, use a dragon slash with conjures or brutal weapon.
1. Sever Artery
2. Gash
3. Sun and Moon
4. Dragon Slash
5. Brutal Weapon / Conjure Flame, Frost, Lightning
6. Flail
7. Enraging Charge / Sprint / Rush
8. Res Sig / SSRS / Flesh of my Flesh
Blitzkreig, or lightning warfare, is about moving in and crushing your opponent before they have time to react. If you want this, you may be better off running an assassin, or a warrior build such as:
1. Magehunter's Strike
2. Protector's Strike
3. Critical Chop (Axe)
4. Dismember (Axe)
5. [optional]
6. Rush
7. Bonetti's Defense
8. Res Sig / SSRS
Otherwise, I am really not understanding what kind of build you are asking for.
