Hale Holy Branch of Mastery

I read the price checks on the mods/inscriptions and it said that that the Hale mod was roughly 3-k and the "Dance with Death" was 2-5k. How can i determine what price to set this weapon?
Is it worth less than 10k? Or 10k? I'm not sure, honest guidance with how much this is worth would be great, thanks.

Both mods mentioned above are no more than 1k, the staff is worth around 2-3k but I'd just merch.
