Go out at Ran Musu Gardens to Kinya Province.
Cast your enchantments. (mending won´t be needed but i take it to feel saver if i lost SoA or shiellding hands)
Run into the mobs!
Importent is to take as many mobs as you can, and stay close to them, so sliver armor will work pretty fine! and with glyph of renewal you can recast it all the time!!

I've run this exact same build in the Nolani Academy mission for some time now. I've gotten about 4 passage scrolls, 3 elite tomes, and about 20 rare(gold) items from about 50ish runs. It is easy to run and gives tons of exp if you dont only kill the boss when you farm. I would suggest trying in Nolani more than Kinya because of the denisty of charr and quickness of the kills.

All bosses in HM can drop elite tomes, the bosses in lower level areas just have a really really low droprate.
