worth salvaging the 15^50 and selling that, even req 9 struggles for a few K.

how can i salvage just that part of it? and is it 100% success rate?

Use Expert Salvage kit.

Click on the item as you would nomally, a list of available inscriptions/salvage material will now appear. When the list appears click on the 15^50 inscription. If you're lucky the daggers will survive and you can either salvage another inscription/mod or crafting material.
