PC Gold Crude Shield Req 8

I have a Gold Crude Shield Armor 13 Req 8 Tactics Health +43 (Ench) & Recieved Physical Dmg -2 (Ench). Just wondering how much it is worth and if I should keep it for myself for a lower level character that isn't out of Pre-searing yet or just get rid of it?

Merch or keep, you won't sell that due to the low armour.

That's what I thought. It was my first gold item so I figured I would check first.
