Just curious. In the past, when someone unlocks a skill during a preview event using Balthazar Faction, does that skills stay unlocked later when the game is released?
Yes, but it remains "locked" until you buy the game the skill is from. For example, I unlocked repeatable strike during the Faction PvP weekend, but the skill was still disabled after Factions was released. Once I installed my Factions key and linked my account, it was unlocked.
