Faction Transfer

So, here is the deal,
My old guild was a Luxon Guild and i hade 10,000 faction that i never transfered to my old guild. I then joind a Kurzick guild and i know have 6,000 faction and i would like to donate that to my allience but it wont let me transfer. The guy tells me he will only deal with Kurzick only. Is there something that i need to do, or do i have to always be in a Luxon Guild?

Negative, You just need to have more Kurzick faction than Luxon to use the Kurzick Merchants/Traders.

The problem you have now is that you will have to trade your luxon faction in for jadeite. I think that also kills your Kurzick faction too, which was a waste.

or you can earn yourself up to 10k kurzick then donate and you will be at 0 for both.

NOOO don't get to 10k each or you risk nither talking to you then you would be stuck

if you get to 10k they will both talk to you... or maybe just the ones you are allied with. I know the second part is true, i just assume both will talk

Ok guys I have another question.

I am in a kurzick guild and I want to donate the earned Luxon Faction. Is there a possibility to do that while I am a guest in a Luxon guild or its only possible to donate it only to my "own" guild and therefore spend Luxon faction for scrolls/mats ?

You can only donate to your own guild im afriad

If you have 10k of both, both sides will talk to you. If you have 10k Luxon and you're in a Kurzick guild, then unless you join or possibly quest in a Luxon guild, then you can only trade it in for Jadeite or Passage Scrolls to the Deep

Thank you guys, I know that if I have 10k on both sides, both of them Ill be able talk to. I just wanted to know about the faction transfers ... will probably try it out this weekend ... anyone would let me an guest invite into his guild?
