Enemies' energy pool/energy regeration
Realm of Fiery Doom
Are the enemies' energy pools and energy regeneration similar to ours, or are they different? And if they are different, then what are they?

I'm pretty sure they are the same as you would get without any mods on weapons on the same profession as the monster. May be different for bosses but since the wiki doesn't say so i don't think it is.

Agreed.
I used to farm The Scar Eater by sapping his energy with Wither and Malaise until he couldn't heal any more. They have the correct ammount of pips for thier profession, though I am not sure how high their mana pools are.

My guess is that energy pools on monsters are roughly the same as a player character of the same level without energy mods. Their energy pools are certainly not enormous, as I've found that some monsters that use energy hungry builds are almost impossible to damage with Energy Burn/Surge as they have no energy available to burn off within a few seconds of combat

One particular case I can verify is dolyak masters have 5 pips of energy regent. You can verify this by damaging his teammates until he put life attunement on them. After maintaining 5 enchantments he will exhaust his energy and then stop casting all together.

It seems to be that they have a regularly sized energy pool but alot more regen, especially in HM. Just look at Grawl Ulodytes...
Kaida the Heartless
Ulodytes eventually run out of energy. I know they spam a 10 energy skill, but when that is the only thing you're spamming, you tend to suffer a bit less.

Most Bosses, especially in HM, have ridiculous sized energy pools.

OK, thanks all!
