WTB gold-classed Long Sword and Mursaat Horn Bow

What I'm looking for is:

Long Sword (gold)
max dmg with low req
+15% dmg while health is above 50%

Horn Bow (mursaat style, gold)
max dmg with low req
+15% dmg while health is above 50%

Both clean and cheap if possible, but i'm interested in upgraded weapons as well.
Defense and Sundering would be the best if they are upgraded.
