Now the Fortitude can be changed to a +30HP so I might need a price of this as well if there is any change.

The hammer isn't max damage (19-35) so you can't sell that for a lot and definately don't mod it with a +30hp. If you don't wanna merch salvage the +29hp and sell for 1k or give to a hero :P
