If you need to ask that question, you will be fusterated at the trouble you will face trying to solo either one. Both are challenging 55 spots and you will need more practice then you can afford.

FoW is harder to solo. Too many restriction.
UW is slightly easier, take care of DN and you can go all the way.
Profit wise, FoW is slightly better.
