HCT Fire wand

Does anyone know where the collector is that gives a fire wand with 20% Half cast time and +5energy^50? I cant find him on wiki, but he did exist as I had a wand from him which I just salvaged by accident. I know them mods seem wierd and not likely to exist but its definately what my wand was. I think he was canthan if thats any help.

Uhm, sure it's not HSR? Because that can be replicated as a Fire Wand of Memory with a "Hale and Hearty" inscription in GWN.

After looking through the collector list, I can say there is no fire wand with any sort of HCT.

Unless he made a mistake that it is a HRT wands.
HCT wands exists, but not with the +5>50 for collector.

However, there is a crafter that make that wand. It is a weapon smite, not a collector.

NF weaponsmite make clean fire wand that you can modified as well. They cost 5k each too.
