I would like to buy the Plagueborn Hornbow and the Ironwing Flatbow. I don't have Factions or Nightfall so I can't loot for them.

I'd like them clean, or with 20/20 / Strength and Honor. I'm not picky, anything will do. The skin is the only thing I'm after.
