WTS/WTB Filter Prevention Warnings

It's obvious many work around the trade filters in order to spam trades in public channels, here are two possible solutions:

#1. If you type one of the more common ways to prevent filter (W T S etc), give the player a 'friendly reminder' that bypassing filters on purpose like this is illegal. If they still continue to spam in public channels, there's no excuse for them to get a temporary ban from the game.

#2. Make the anti-spam feature more sensitive in public channels (and perhaps less sensitive in trade channel). Spamming 5 lines in a row in public is way too generous anyway. Make it one line/5-10 seconds instead.
