Could anyone please tell me the current price range on birthday cupcakes?

i think they give something like +10 energy, +100 hps and +25% runspeed for 10 mins.

also, what about a 6-24 15^50 req 9 sephis axe (with 20/19 sundering and +29 hps) *notice the 6-24 not maxed, but...it is a sephis axe, and req 9 with 15^50
