WTB Serpentine Scepter (Mesmer req)

Hi,

I WTB a Serpentine Scepter for my mesmer. It must be req 10 or less, but the mods do not matter as long as it is inscribable.

Ideally i'm looking for a Domination-based requirement scepter, but Inspiration or Fast Casting are good too. Illusion-based is my last choice.

Please leave your offers here and based on Guru Auctions of late, i'm looking to pay between 5k and 20k (though i will only pay 20k for a req9 Domination with what i consider perfect mods).
