Sorry no idea what he's using, could possibly be a simple D/Mo solo tank but apart from that i'm not sure what it could possibly be.

I have soloed thirsty river with: Warrior, Paragon, Ele, and Assassin.
With higher armor targets, the mending balth HH is usually the baseline. I guess since the derv can pump his armor up with something like conviction he can take that path as well.
