PC on Dead Bow and Sepshis Axe plz

Hello i would like to have a PC on :

Dead Bow max damage (req 10)
Damage +15% while health is above 50%
Health +30
Sundering 20/20

and a:

Sephis axe max damage (req 11)
Damage +15% while health is above 50%
Health +30
Sundering 20/20

Dead bow is 10-15k, Sephis is 40-60k. Shame if it was you who modded them...

dead bow 5k-10k
sephis maybe lower cause more hard to sell

No i did not mod them yet but i wanted to know how much they would be worth if they were modded.
